There are many different ways we can be healthy and look after our personal wellbeing. Today we will look at what it means to be healthy. According to the World Health Organisation, health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not just the absence of disease, meaning that it’s made up of several different parts of our lifestyle and is more than just being free of physical illness!
Last session we looked at different ways of being healthy. Today we’ll be talking about ways you can look after your overall wellbeing, that is, the state of being comfortable; happy and healthy.

Eating healthy is important, as well as balancing it with physical activity to keep fit and energetic. There are different food groups and we should eat less of some and more of others to be healthy.

Today we're going to briefly go over what we've covered over the past few weeks. We have learnt heaps of different things about how to stay physically and mentally fit and healthy, and how to look after wellbeing, and we have done a lot of cool activities along the way!
